Welcome to ArgoPrep. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is provided by Argo Brothers Inc., a New York corporation doing business as ArgoPrep ("ArgoPrep," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Information when you visit or use our online store located at cwargoprep.com ("Store"). It applies to purchases of physical workbooks, bundles, and any related services offered through this Store.

Our Core Privacy Commitment: ArgoPrep does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We collect only the minimum information necessary to fulfill your orders and provide customer support.

We collect the following categories of information when you use our Store:

2.1 Order and Account Information

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Email address
• Shipping address (which may differ from your billing address)
• Billing address
• Phone number (for shipping notifications and support)
• Order details (items purchased, quantities, prices, order date, order status)

2.2 Payment Information

Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processors, Shopify Payments and Stripe, Inc. Payment information may include your billing name, billing address, payment card number, expiration date, and security code. ArgoPrep does not receive, access, or store full credit card numbers. We receive only a transaction confirmation, the last four digits of the card, the card type, and the billing address for record-keeping purposes. Stripe and Shopify Payments are PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our Store, we automatically collect certain technical information:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Browser type and version
• Device information (device type, operating system)
• Referring URLs
• Pages visited and time spent on those pages
• Date and time of access

2.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

4. Children's Privacy

The cwargoprep.com Store is intended for use by adults (parents, grandparents, teachers, and gift purchasers) who are at least 18 years old. While the workbooks we sell are designed for children in PreK through 12th grade, our Store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 through our Store.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at info@argoprep.com and we will delete it.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Service Providers

ArgoPrep does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. We share Personal Information only with the categories of service providers below, and only to the extent necessary to operate our Store. All providers are contractually obligated to protect the data they receive and to use it only for the specified purpose.

• Shopify Inc. — e-commerce platform host. Stores order, customer, and product data on Shopify's secure infrastructure.
• Stripe, Inc. & Shopify Payments — payment processing. PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — for delivering your orders. They receive your shipping address and order details.
• Klaviyo — transactional and marketing email delivery for customers who have opted in.
• Google Analytics — aggregated website analytics. IP anonymization is enabled.
• Microsoft Clarity — aggregated session analytics for usability research.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook) — advertising attribution and measurement for our paid social campaigns.

We may also disclose Personal Information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or respond to a government request.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following types of cookies on our Store:

• Essential cookies — required for the Store to function (cart, login, checkout). The Store cannot operate without these.
• Functional cookies — remember your preferences and personalize your experience.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our Store (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).

• Payment processing is handled exclusively by PCI DSS Level 1 certified providers (Stripe, Shopify Payments).

While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Customer accounts and order records: retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
• Marketing email subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: retained in aggregated and anonymized form per the third-party service provider's retention period (typically up to 26 months for Google Analytics).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Right to delete — request that we delete your Personal Information (subject to legal retention requirements)
