Refund Policy
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We stand behind every workbook and bundle we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked.
What Can Be Returned
- Unused or lightly used physical workbooks in their original condition
- Bundle purchases (all items in the bundle must be returned together for a full refund)
- Workbooks that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
What Cannot Be Returned
- Workbooks that have been heavily written in, torn, or damaged beyond normal use
- Digital downloads, eBooks, and online subscription access (these are non-refundable once accessed)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Free promotional items, gift-with-purchase items, or items received as part of a giveaway
If your child has done a few pages and you decide it isn't the right fit, that's fine — light use is acceptable. We just ask that the workbook be in resaleable or donatable condition.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@argoprep.com or (929) 500-2746.
- Tell us your order number and the reason for the return (this helps us improve).
- We will email you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the workbooks securely (the original box is ideal), attach the return label, and drop the package off at any USPS or UPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement after we process it.
Return Shipping Costs
- Wrong, damaged, or defective items: We pay return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label.
- Buyer's remorse or wrong grade selected: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, OR we will deduct a flat $7.95 return shipping fee from your refund (your choice). We will provide a discounted return label if you prefer.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong grade level and would like to exchange it, just let us know and we will ship the correct grade once we receive your return. Free exchange shipping on grade swaps within 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your workbooks arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@argoprep.com. Include a photo of the damage if possible. We will send a replacement at no cost to you and you will not need to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong workbook or grade, we will send the correct item right away at no additional cost. You may keep the incorrect item or donate it — we'll let you know what we'd like to do based on the situation.
Refund of Promotional Discounts
If your order included a promotional discount or free shipping offer, the refund will reflect the actual amount you paid (after the discount), not the pre-discount price. For bundle returns, refunds are processed for the full bundle purchase price.
Online Subscription Refunds
Workbook bundles that include free online platform access (such as our Summer Learning Collections with 12 months of online access) are refundable as a complete bundle within the 30-day window. Once the online platform has been accessed, the online portion of the bundle is considered used; however, we will still refund the workbook portion of the purchase price upon return of the physical workbooks.
