1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the ArgoPrep online store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cwargoprep.com (the "Store"). The Store is owned and operated by Argo Brothers Inc., a New York corporation doing business as ArgoPrep ("ArgoPrep," "we," "us," or "our"), with offices at 900 Lenox Road, 1st Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11203.
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through this Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to make purchases through this Store. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Pricing
3.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the workbooks and bundles sold on our Store. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any product accurately reflects the actual product.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.
3.3 Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
From time to time, we offer promotional discounts, free shipping codes, and bundle pricing. These offers are subject to additional terms displayed at the point of offer. Discount codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated and may be valid only for a limited time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at our discretion.
3.4 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold and to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the listed products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product description, if we are unable to verify your payment method, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available. All payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1 certified providers (Shopify Payments and Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
4.3 Order Errors
If you discover an error in your order after submission (wrong grade, wrong shipping address, duplicate order), please contact us immediately at info@argoprep.com or (929) 500-2746. We will do our best to correct the error before shipping.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are described in detail in our Shipping Policy. In summary:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment.
- Standard shipping arrives within 2-3 business days of processing for U.S. addresses.
- We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
- Free shipping promotions are subject to the terms displayed at the point of offer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund terms are described in detail in our Refund Policy. In summary:
- Workbooks may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Returned workbooks must be in their original condition and packaging.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Store, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, workbook content, video explanations, software, and design, is the exclusive property of Argo Brothers Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Store without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Store for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
- You may use the workbooks you purchase for personal, non-commercial educational use within your immediate family or household.
The "ArgoPrep" name and logo are trademarks of Argo Brothers Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Store for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Store
- Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the Store
- Make any unauthorized commercial use of the Store
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
- Submit false or misleading information when placing an order
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranties
The Store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArgoPrep disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 Educational Outcomes
While our workbooks and educational materials are designed by certified teachers and aligned to recognized academic standards, we do not guarantee any specific educational outcome, test score, or grade improvement. Educational results depend on many factors outside our control, including the student's engagement, prior knowledge, and individual learning style.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Argo Brothers Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Store or any products purchased through the Store.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Store or any product purchased through the Store shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Argo Brothers Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Store.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Store shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when we post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
